Introduction
ARE YOU OUR NEXT eCOMMERCE MANAGER?
To develop, lead, manage and implement an effective eCommerce operation. This involves
implementing new initiatives, analysing and driving operational metrics including Home Delivery
and Store-to-Door in order to service customers’ requirements, overseeing compliance to service
level agreements and driving profitable operations of all eCommerce contracts through
successful stakeholder engagements

Minimum requirements
• Matric (non-negotiable)
• Tertiary qualification in transport / logistics / commerce or equivalent would be an
advantage
• 5 years’ experience in eCommerce operations and customer service
• Valid Drivers License and Reliable own transport
• Willingness to work after hours and/or weekends when required
• Excellent computer skills
• Respect and Care: Always show respect, care for and treat everyone fairly, put
people first
• Integrity and Loyalty: Display loyalty, display integrity, do the right thing always!
• Can Do: Must have a can-do attitude, believe in yourself, and live out our values
always.
• Continuous Improvement: Must be dedicated to continuous improvement, be

• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
